Returns/Replacement

You can return your product within 3 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for the return, you need to make an unboxing video of the products and they must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. your item must be in an original packaging.

To be eligible for replacement, you need to make an unboxing video of the damaged product and share the same within 48 hours of receiving the product. After inspecting the photos and videos, we will ship replacement of only the damaged item to you within 2-3 days.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved we will initiate the refund and it will be credited to original payment method within 2-3 days. In case the product you have received is damaged, we will refund the product’s amount once we receive the unboxing video.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
